A Farm Vacation Bed and Breakfast Where city people go country. "A working farm and ranch raising buffalo, and cattle; growing wheat, corn and soybeans."
|
Meals made from scratch are the norm at Possibility Farm B & B. Carmel rolls (or
sticky buns as Dan from Taste of Midwest calls them), make a great breakfast
treat. Guests can choose for breakfast from a menu which includes waffles,
pancakes, baked oatmeal, and a variety of egg dishes. Juice, fruit and other
baked goods may also be served.
Since buffalo/bison is raised the farm for meat, the healthy red meat is the entree
of lunch and evening meals complimented by other side dishes. Noon and
evening meals are served upon request or may be included in an offered
package.
Whether cooking for two guests or a table full of 8 or more hunters, Darla enjoys
tempting the palate and making sure no one leaves the table hungry.
